if you failed to login due to forgotten password

1. Go to User End-User Login Page
   
2. Try to Login, if it fails
3. New Link will appear below the Red Sign In Button
4. Click the Forgot My Password, This will redirect to the reset password page
5. enter your username or email address
   
6. Click Send Email
7. follow instructions sent to your mailbox
8. enter a new password at the end of your profile page
