How to Submit New Medical Approval Request?

This Process allows your Company to send a Medical approval request to all Registered Medical Union Members
- Login in to your Company's User Login Page and Enter your Sign in Credentials
- When you click the button, you will be redirected to a blank ticket form
- In addition, you will see a Help Topics field. By choosing a help topic,
you are able to direct and streamline the information you are submitting - Each Help Topic will require different information to be filled
- Fill in all required Applicant Details
- Press Create Ticket
