How to Submit New Medical Approval Request?

This Process allows your Company to send a Medical approval request to all Registered Medical Union Members

  1. Login in to your Company's User Login Page and Enter your Sign in Credentials
  2. When you click the button, you will be redirected to a blank ticket form
  3. In addition, you will see a Help Topics field. By choosing a help topic,
    you are able to direct and streamline the information you are submitting 
  4. Each Help Topic will require different information to be filled
  5. Fill in all required Applicant Details
  6. Press Create Ticket
